Bozka (short for Bozena) Rydlewska is a Polish illustrator and paper artist who is graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland and in Goteborg, Sweden. In 2013 she was awarded the Scholarship of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
In her work the artist is inspired by, among others, books from childhood with spatial illustrations. Plant fantasies she swore in the form of so-called pop-up books. Tropical jungle with giant butterflies, secret gardens and landscapes straight from Alice in Wonderland grow between the covers of a book like paper sculptures.
She is currently based in Warsaw, Poland working as a freelance designer for magazines, publishing houses and advertising agencies.
